Captain's Dining Night

Club Captain Andy Breacker reverted back to his day job to produce a superb 6 course meal on Saturday the 27th of October.
The money raised from ths evening will go towards Andy's chosen charity, Wallace Cancer Care for his club project.
Forty two members and friends attended and were delighted with the follow menu:
- Cured Duck
- Lobster Shepherds Pie
- Pink Champagne Sorbet
- Pot Roast Guinea Fowl
- Apple Cloud
- Cheese Board
Andy was helped during the day by his team of Chef's from St John's College Cambridge.
The waiters for the evening were some of our own juniors, Robert Dyke, Sam Hills, Jordan Hardwidge and Tom Moody, they worked very hard and contributed in making the evening a great success.
Our thanks of course should go to all of the above but especially to Andy for his effort and hard work.
Thanks to all those who attended and helped to raise £1100.00 for his chairty and project.
Thanks also for the tips on the evening which boosted the Junior Fund by a cool £108.
